Appreciated Lagoa Santa, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and absolutely great by lagoon. The staff was attentive and affable and created a quiet vibe. The room was well furnished and brand-new, provided us with hot water or tea, tea and nice view. The breakfast at the place was substantial with great view.

A double room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. It was excellent and bathrooms were large here:)))

We had a fantastic premier suite with a massive bed and a large furnished terrace overlooking the beautiful lake. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities we needed, including a large flat-screen TV and free wifi. The breakfast was substantial and the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The location, just 20 minutes from the airport, was convenient and the hotel's design around the central pool and garden area created a lovely ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb accommodations, great location, and excellent service.

Just a couple of minor drawbacks: the pool can get a bit crowded and noisy with transient visitors, which can take away from the peaceful and private atmosphere. Additionally, some areas of the hotel, like the sauna, may not always be available.

Marvellous, magnificent location near to proximity to town, and the hill. Spotless, brand-new room, with comfortable bed and pillows. A safe, TV and a mini fridge bar were convenient.

We had an amazing time here. The location across the lake is simply stunning and our room had an exceptional view. The service was fantastic, with room service and dry cleaning available. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, from a lovely welcome drink to free toiletries in the room. There are even sun loungers and garden furniture to relax in by the outdoor swimming pool.

This lakeside hotel is a dreamy haven for relaxation. The location is perfect as the lake is just outside, enhancing the view from the balcony. The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated with character. The bathrooms are large and equipped with high-pressure showers. The breakfast offers a variety of Brazilian delicacies and freshly made eggs. The health spa is a standout for a much-needed self-care day. The gym and beautiful pool complete the leisure experience.

The hotel's location by the lake was absolutely stunning. Christmas at the hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the comfortable and spacious room and the variety of food offered at the restaurant.

The restaurant was unfortunately not up to par. We found the food to be quite average and the manager to be unpleasant.

The breakfast was good, and they offered complimentary pool towels and sunscreen at the pool area. the hotel location was perfect, close to the lake and city center. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

The hotel room was not clean, and the balcony had cobwebs and needed attention. the pool area was dirty, and the staff was unresponsive to our complaints.
